As we want to make it the best possible, we are currently checking the distribution state of your software. The objective? To keep an all organised and archived game database, giving visitors the possibility to know the ZX Spectrum's history and the software which made it so famous all around the world.

The ZX Spectrum did have its time, and games for it do not sell anymore as it did hugely in the past. Most of the Software Houses for this machine no longer exist (including some big ones), while others were bought by another ones and some others changed their names. That's why we are trying to find out all the copyright holders of ZX Spectrum's software with e-mails like this. The results are "growing by the minute", as the developers respond to them positively.

We are not seeking acquisition of any copyrights. What we are trying get from you is your PERMISSION for free distribution of ALL YOUR old ZX Spectrum games in our web site (only those you own the copyrights, even counting with acquired software from other companies, if any). We have no commercial intentions upon these free distributable games and Gamestage's distribution of your ZX Spectrum software will be made preserving the its original form, while, simultaneously, assuring a detailed description of it (as long as possible), including their original Developers' names, Publishers, Year of release and Genre and more.
